Bijoux PersianGulf offers handmade, one-of-a-kind jewelry and Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) session bookings. These services are intended to promote beauty, well-being, and spiritual growth.
2. Jewelry Orders
Each jewelry piece is handcrafted and unique. Minor variations in color, texture, or design are part of the creative process and not considered defects.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of handmade and limited-edition pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Custom orders are accepted based on availability and discussed individually.
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimated and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. QHHT Booking Requests
All QHHT sessions are in-person only and require a pre-session interview.
By submitting a session request, you agree to be contacted to arrange scheduling.
QHHT is a spiritual and exploratory technique, not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking request at our discretion.
5. Payment
Jewelry purchases and QHHT sessions must be paid in full in advance via accepted payment methods.
For those genuinely unable to afford a QHHT session but seeking healing, please include a note in your booking request — Elan Zar may offer accommodations in select cases.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, images, and written materials on this website are the intellectual property of Bijoux PersianGulf and Elan Zar. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
We strive for the highest quality and service, but are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products or services.
8. Privacy
Personal information submitted through forms is treated with confidentiality. We do not share your information with third parties except as required by law.
