Refund & Return Policy

At Bijoux PersianGulf, every item and session is crafted or offered with care, intention, and integrity. Due to the nature of our offerings, we ask that you please review the following policy carefully.

  1. Jewelry – All Sales Final
  • All jewelry pieces are one-of-a-kind and handmade using natural materials and artistic techniques.
  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged due to shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@bijouxpersiangulf.ca with photos of the damage.
  • If eligible, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue or offer a repair if possible.
  1. Custom Orders
  • Custom jewelry pieces are made in collaboration with you and are non-refundable.
  • Once design and material decisions are finalized, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
  1. QHHT Sessions
  • QHHT sessions are deeply personal and time-intensive. Once a session is confirmed, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or do not show up, the session fee is non-refundable.
  • If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. One reschedule per session is allowed without penalty.
  1. Financial Accessibility

If you are experiencing financial hardship but feel called to request a QHHT session, please mention your situation in your booking request. Elan Zar may offer accommodations in select cases, at her discretion.
