  1. Processing Time
  • All jewelry is handmade to order or part of a limited-edition collection.
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before shipping. For custom pieces, this may vary based on design requirements.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • We offer domestic and international shipping.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method selected.

  • Delivery time depends on your location and the selected shipping option. Estimated times:

    • Canada: 3–7 business days

    • USA: 5–10 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days

3. Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

4. International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

  • These fees are not included in our prices or shipping charges and vary by location.

5. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package appears delayed or lost, please first contact the carrier with your tracking number.

7. Packaging

  • Orders are carefully packaged to protect your jewelry during transit.

  • Gift wrapping or personalized notes can be added upon request — just leave a note at checkout or in your custom order request.
