- All jewelry is handmade to order or part of a limited-edition collection.
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before shipping. For custom pieces, this may vary based on design requirements.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer domestic and international shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method selected.
Delivery time depends on your location and the selected shipping option. Estimated times:
Canada: 3–7 business days
USA: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days
3. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
4. International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
These fees are not included in our prices or shipping charges and vary by location.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package appears delayed or lost, please first contact the carrier with your tracking number.

Orders are carefully packaged to protect your jewelry during transit.
Gift wrapping or personalized notes can be added upon request — just leave a note at checkout or in your custom order request.
